Shipping Cost 

Orders below $50.00 will include a shipping fee of $4.00 for orders made in the U.S. For all orders under $50.00 that are made outside the U.S, the shipping fee is $7.37.

We offer free shipping for orders over $50.00.

 

Shipping Options

We offer standard shipments sent through the following carriers: USPS, UPS, and DHL (U.S). Most standard shipments are sent through USPS. The specific service and carrier depend on the size and weight of your order. 

Due to PCI compliance, we cannot process orders using PO boxes. For all questions concerning returns, please refer to our refund policy page.

 

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: 3-5 Days

Shipping time: 8-12 Days (varies per supplier)

We process orders within 1-2 business days and send all orders to the manufacturer for 

dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed and processed. Shortly after processing, customers will receive email notification with a tracking number that they can use to stay up to date on the location of their orders at different shipment stages.  

Most orders are delivered within 8-12 days however if 21 days have passed and you still have not received your order yet, please contact us directly at info@blusxsres.com so that we can provide assistance in resolving the matter. Otherwise, we will reship the order. 

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Blu’s XSRE’s will not be held liable for any shipments sent to the incorrect address provided by the customer. We only deliver to the address indicated in your online order.


 *Please note that due to various partnerships we have with our suppliers, these are estimated delivery times only and thus some orders can take longer than 2 weeks. Therefore Blu’s XSRE’s is not guaranteeing delivery dates.


Missing Package

If your package has not been received within 3 weeks of the shipping notification email or text message, please contact us. We will look into your order details and assist you in getting it straightened out with USPS. Customers who can verify that their package never arrived or went missing can receive a new item free of charge available upon request. Please refer to our refund policy page for further details.


International Shipping

International Orders are shipped via basing from customer’s courier choice which transit time varies but is typically 21 business days. The shipping charge will appear in your shopping cart as you finalize your order BUT before your credit card is charged you can review this amount.

There will be an unlikely event where shipping will be delayed due to strict customs and post office clearance that would need your signature to release the item. Shipping is tracked for the safety of your products, the tracking number will be provided once the shipment has been made and it could be tracked through a website.

 

What countries do you ship to?

Due to customs restrictions and warranty issues, we cannot offer shipping services to every international location. Currently, we can only deliver products to addresses in the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and The Netherlands. We are in the process of expanding our network of suppliers to reach more countries to remedy this.


I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification through your email.


Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, delivery addresses cannot be modified once the order is placed or has been shipped. For any specific concerns, please contact us directly at info@blusxsres.com

 

Customs & Duties

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. 

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected. The customer is responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and customs laws in their state or country. We encourage you to speak with your customs office if you have any questions.

  • We cannot be responsible for any tariffs, custom restrictions or other regulations that apply in the customer's country. If you are not sure, please contact the Customs Office in your country before ordering, as we are not responsible for such charges.
  •  If for any reason the package is seized by Customs Officials,  we cannot issue a refund unless all products are returned to us. If the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, the customer is still responsible for any shipping charges. Only the amount paid for the products will be refunded.
  • The customer is responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply. It is also the customer’s responsibility to negotiate for the release of their package in the event that it is held up by customs. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and returned back to us, we will issue you a prompt refund, including the shipping costs.
  • It is customers’ responsibility to track their orders through the tracking service provided by Blu’s XSRE’s and your country's respective Postal Service Customs, if available.You can email us if you are having problems tracking your orders or if there are any delays.
  • Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws vary from country to country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the import of our products. Generally speaking, we have never encountered problems with customs when shipping to most countries worldwide.
  • Return To Sender (RTS) items due to the following reasons will be shipped again provided that you pay another shipping fee.
    • Address not existing.
    • Unclaimed.
    • Person unknown at the address.
    • Address vacant.
    • Any other reason for which the customer is solely liable.

 

Cancellations/Return to vendor items

Cancellations must be made before we send the order. If the order has not been shipped, a refund will be issued by the same method of payment the order was originally charged. If a cancellation is placed after the order has been shipped, it is the customer‘s responsibility to send it back to us. Once we receive the package, a refund will be issued. Please refer to our refund policy page for further details.

Return To Sender (RTS) items due to the following reasons will be shipped again provided that the client will pay the reshipping fee.

  • Address not existing.
  • Unclaimed.
  • Person unknown at the address.
  • Address vacant.
  • Address Undeliverable
  • Any other reason for which the customer is solely liable.
